Coffee and Conversations

Launched in October 2015, Coffee and Conversations is a space for business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders to gather in a safe space to receive empowerment. Matt’s sessions focus on creating an environment where leaders can thrive and stay motivated. His focus is on the leader—helping them foster team building, enthusiasm, and productivity. This is the goal, as leadership plays a massive role in shaping the team’s culture, energy and productivity.

Coffee and Conversations is in an engaging and dynamic setting, bringing together a crowd of 70-100 people from across Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Louisville, KY. The sessions being in a coffee shop creates a relaxed yet energized atmosphere—perfect for a “download” session with Matt. It is a great mix of casual conversation and valuable insights.
